Role & Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain the Salesforce Marketing Cloud instance, taking ownership of data management, data cleansing, and platform operational documentation.

- Create, execute, and optimise multi-channel campaigns through strategic list management, audience segmentation, journey building, and A/B testing.

- Support and improve seamless integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud environments.

- Build dynamic marketing automation workflows and design efficient data extensions to streamline communication processes.

- Monitor performance analytics, extract key metrics,



and present actionable insights to cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

- Provide end-user training, documentation, and technical support to troubleshoot and resolve platform issues.

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this position, you will ideally bring:

- Technical Toolkit: Proficient in SQL, AMPscript, and HTML/CSS. Experience integrating external data sources into Marketing Cloud is highly desirable.

- Experience: 2-3+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud administration, implementation, and CRM workflow management.

- Core Capabilities: Solid analytics mindset with the ability to translate campaign data into actionable strategic insights. Collaborative cross-functional communication and end-user support capabilities.

- Certifications: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification required. Additional Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Architecture certifications are highly regarded.

- Security Clearance: Due to the nature of this environment, candidates must hold a current Baseline
