Are you an experienced Assistant Manager / Branch Supervisor looking for a new challenge and opportunity, and your next step up into Branch Management?

As part of planned internal role changes, we are looking for an enthusiastic, knowledgeable, plumbing industry experienced individual to join us and take on the Branch Manager role at our successful Kings Park branch, near Blacktown. You will be joining an experienced, hard working and efficient branch team, working across all facets of branch business, and you will lead the team as we work towards FY26/27 objectives. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build on their experience, looking for a new challenge, an opportunity to progress further, and also wanting to work closely with the Senior Management team to grow our business.

The role and candidate profile:

A well-presented team player, you will have a solid work record, a relevant plumbing industry background and experience in a similar role.

Working closely day to day with the Operations and Sales Manager and your Branch team, you will need to be passionate about leading from the front, committed to delivering good customer service, withsolid business acumen and with experience from a similar role.





You will be adept at quickly developing and maintaining strong relationships with supply partners, customers and colleagues alike. In your working day you will be liaising with other branches, handling sales enquiries, providing over-the counter customer service and sales support, and overseeing warehouse operations including receipting, order processing, transport, and stock management. No two days will be the same.

You will drive the delivery of the results expected of the Branch; you will lead by example in a professional manner and be willing to roll your sleeves up when required to support as needed; committed to current learning and also mentoring and developing the Branch team; whilst ensuring safety is at the forefront of operations.

A confident phone manner and a proactive approach to supply partner and customer contact and relationships, you will also be self-motivated, well organised, and have good time management skills.

You’ll be trustworthy, reliable and with a positive ‘Can do’ attitude and with agood level of confident computer ability – Microsoft Office, and familiarity with Frameworks would be a significant advantage.

A current manual drivers licence, and ideally a forklift license.

Good understanding of current WH&S; requirements.
