We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Reception Lead to oversee our team at one of premium corporate clients, based in Sydney, CBD!

THE POSITION

n

n
- Deliver and uphold a premium standard of corporate customer service for all staff and visitors
n
- Oversee day-to-day reception operations, ensuring seamless organization and efficiency
n
- Manage and support reception staff, including onboarding and induction of new team members
n
- Handle administrative tasks, scheduling, and operational coordination




n
- Consistently exceed guest service expectations and maintain brand excellence
n

n

THE PERSON

n

n
- Minimum 2 years' experience working in a similar lead/supervisor role
n
- A passion for exceptional service with at leading from the front
n
- Advanced Microsoft suite experience and strong administration background
n
- A hands-on leader who can jump in and show how it is done
n
- Impeccable grooming with a warm and engaging service style
n
