With rapid growth continuing across Greater Geelong, the Colliers team is looking for our next superstar to train in Commercial Real Estate and work alongside our Sales & Leasing team in our central Geelong office.

n

Building on our recent momentum, you'll work closely with experienced advisors to learn the industry from the ground up while helping us deliver outstanding results for our clients.

n

What you can expect:

- Work-Life Balance: Monday to Friday hours—no weekend work required.

- Hands-on Experience: Assist across the full lifecycle of commercial sales and leasing, from sourcing and listing to negotiating and closing deals.
n
- Relationship Building: Cultivate, nurture, and maintain strong connections with key account clients to build a solid market presence across Geelong.
n
- Pipeline & Market Strategy: Maintain an active pipeline of potential buyers and tenants while sharing market knowledge and insights.
n
- Marketing Coordination: Partner with our Marketing team to organise signboards, brochures, digital advertising, Information Memorandums and video assets.

- Property Operations:



Conduct client inspections and assist with day-to-day listing management.

Qualifications

A little about you:

- Background: Ideally bringing experience from commercial real estate, residential real estate, B2B sales or property administration, with a strong desire to grow your footprint in the Geelong market.
n
- Drive & Mindset: A natural hunter who is commercially astute, proactive, and eager to learn.
n
- Communication: An excellent communicator who can build genuine rapport with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders.
