About the role

This full-time Project Management role (within the signage department ) of the corporate window film company' in Rowville 3178 offers an exciting opportunity to play a key part in delivering high-quality commercial projects within the Construction industry. You will be responsible for overseeing project plans, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring successful project delivery.

What you'll be doing

- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including budgets, schedules, and resource allocation for signage fabrication and installation
n
- Manage all aspects of project execution, including procurement, stakeholder engagement, and risk mitigation
n
- Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, and provide regular updates to key stakeholders
n
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery
n
- Maintain accurate project records and documentation
n
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and project optimization
n
- Ability to grow a portfolio of clients
n

What we're looking for

- Proven experience in project management within the Construction industry, preferably in a commercial or corporate workplace
n
- Excellent organizational and time management skills,



with the ability to priorities and multitask effectively
n
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
n
- Proficient in the use of project management software and tools
n
- A collaborative and adaptable approach, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
n
- Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field are highly desirable
