This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse ready to step into a leadership role where you can mentor teams, influence clinical practice, and help shape the quality of care delivered to residents every day.

About the Role
n
As a Clinical Nurse Lead, you will provide clinical leadership and support across the home, working closely with the Clinical Care Manager and fellow Clinical Nurse Leads to ensure residents receive high-quality, dignified and person-centred care. You'll play a key role in complex clinical care, infection prevention and control, quality improvement, staff development, and resident wellbeing.

Key responsibilities include:
n
n
- Providing leadership, guidance and mentoring to nursing and care teams.
n
- Supporting residents with complex clinical and dementia care needs.
n
- Leading clinical reviews, assessments, care planning and documentation.
n
- Driving best-practice infection prevention and control initiatives.
n
- Partnering with residents, families and multidisciplinary stakeholders.
n
- Supporting quality, compliance and continuous improvement activities.

About You
n
You are an experienced Registered Nurse who leads by example and is passionate about delivering outstanding care to older people. You thrive in a cooperative environment and enjoy coaching others to succeed.
n
To be successful, you will bring:
n
n
- Bachelor of Nursing and current AHPRA registration.
n
- Strong clinical nursing experience and sound clinical judgement.
n
- Leadership capability with experience mentoring and supporting teams.
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
n
- A commitment to resident-centred care and continuous improvement.
n
- Previous aged care leadership experience will be highly regarded.
n
