Responsibilities:

- Leading and supervising warehouse staff
n
- Coordinating inbound and outbound freight activities
n
- Perform forklift operations as required to support warehouse activities
n
- Managing inventory accuracy and stock control
n
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies
n
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to meet customer requirements

- Workforce planning and daily operational coordination
n
- Training, mentoring and developing team members
n

About You:

n

- Strong leadership and people management skills
n
- Experience within warehousing, logistics, distribution or storage environments
n
- Current LF Forklift Licence
n
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
n
- Experience in operating a forklift
n
- Strong understanding of inventory and warehouse processes
n
- Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement
