NetBox Labs is seeking a Customer Support Engineer in Australia to be the technical partner for customers, learning their environments and helping them derive real value from NetBox and the broader product suite.
You will work with network engineers on complex problems, own technical issues end-to-end, and act as the bridge between customer needs and product capabilities. This role reports to the CSE Manager and collaborates with multiple teams.
