The Opportunity

This is a key, hands-on site-based leadership role where you will take full ownership of the People & Culture function.
n
Highly visible and hands-on, you will partner closely with operational leaders to drive workforce stability, capability and engagement across a large, labour-intensive site.
n
This role balances strategic input with practical delivery — setting standards, building leader capability and ensuring people initiatives translate into real outcomes on the floor.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Act as the trusted People & Culture partner to site leadership
n
- Provide practical, commercially sound advice across the employee lifecycle
n
- Lead, coach and develop the in office P&C; team
n
- Drive workforce planning, recruitment and talent management
n
- Manage ER/IR matters including performance, investigations and compliance
n
- Ensure strong governance, HR data integrity and legislative alignment
n
- Embed company values into everyday behaviours and site culture
n
- Partner with central teams to ensure consistency across the broader business
n
n
About You
n
n
- Proven experience in a site-based operational HR/P&C; role within manufacturing, processing, logistics or a similar environment
n
- Strong ER/IR capability with confidence managing complex casework
n
- Ability to influence and partner with operational leaders in fast-paced environments
n
- A hands-on, pragmatic approach and comfortable being highly visible on site
n
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
n
- Experience leading HR operations, governance and workforce planning
n
