Our client is a well-established and growing organisation seeking an experienced Sales & Customer Service Account Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced workplace, enjoys being on the phone, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service while driving sales outcomes.

With full training provided, you'll join a supportive team where your ability to build strong customer relationships and identify opportunities for growth will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and develop a portfolio of existing customer accounts
- Respond to inbound sales and customer enquiries via phone and email
- Build strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify opportunities to increase sales and grow customer accounts
- Deliver exceptional customer service across all interactions
- Provide tailored solutions to meet customer requirements
- Follow up leads, quotes, and client requests in a timely manner
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer experience




- Contribute to business growth through proactive account management and relationship building

About You

- Previous experience in Customer Service, Internal Sales, Account Management, Business Development, Client Services, Sales Support or a similar customer-facing role
- A proven ability to build rapport and develop long-term customer relationships
- Solid sales skills with the ability to identify and convert opportunities
- An exceptional phone manner and confidence speaking with clients throughout the day
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive approach with excellent follow-through
- Experience using Salesforce or a CRM system will be highly regarded
- Full Australian working rights
