You will operate at both a strategic and operational level driving governance excellence, strengthening safety and quality systems, and providing senior assurance to executives and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

- Reduce reliance on ad-hoc escalation to the Clinical Manager through strong governance structures

About You

- Tertiary qualifications in a health or allied health discipline
- Significant experience in clinical governance, quality systems, or safety leadership

- Demonstrated experience in digital health, virtual care, or technology-enabled service delivery
- Strong knowledge of national safety and quality standards
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders

Highly regarded:

- Postgraduate qualifications in clinical governance, quality improvement, or health education
- Experience in digital product development or health technology implementation
- Strong systems thinking and the ability to translate complexity into clear decisions
- Excellent communication skills across clinical, technical, and executive audiences
- High levels of qualified judgement, ethical decision-making, and risk awareness
- A commitment to fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
