Our client is a leadingFMCG business that manufactures locally and sells globally. With continued growth and a complex supply chain, they are looking for an experienced Inventory Optimisation Manager to drive smarter inventory decisions and improve overall supply chain performance.

This is a high impact role where you'll have the chance to shape inventory strategy, improve working capital and ensure the right stock is available at the right time.

The Role

n

n
- Own and drive inventory optimisation across the business
n
- Analyse inventory performance and identify opportunities to improve stock levels and availability
n
- Balance customer service, working capital and supply chain risk
n
- Partner with Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Sales and Finance
n
- Drive initiatives to reduce excess and slow moving inventory
n
- Develop insights and reporting to support better decision-making
n




- Lead continuous improvement and embed best-practice inventory processes
n

About You

- Experience across inventory, supply chain, planning or a related discipline
n
- Strong analytical and commercial skills
n
- Confident using data to influence decisions and drive action
n
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
n
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for continuous improvement
n
- Comfortable operating in a fast paced, high performing environment
n
