The Finance and Accounting team’s at Scyne partner with the business and leadership teams, providing advice, reporting and insights that enables our business to manage financial matters. This role requires an experienced finance professional to provide accurate and timely financial reporting, analysis and insights on financial performance to support informed decision making.

As a Finance and Reporting Analyst you will work closely with the broader Finance team and across all functions at Scyne.

Key tasks in this role include:

- Financial Reporting & Month-End Oversight: Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, coordinate annual external audits, and deliver accurate statutory, financial, and management reporting alongside actionable insight dashboards.
- Robust Financial Controls & Compliance: Maintain strong internal control frameworks, balance sheet reconciliations, delegation authorities, and policy compliance across procurement, expenses, and peripheral financial systems.
- Strategic Financial Analysis & Modelling: Build predictive financial models, forecasts, and performance analytics to identify business trends, evaluate commercial opportunities, and guide senior leadership decision-making.
- Systems Optimisation & Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement across core finance operations, streamlining workflows and uplifting organisation-wide capability within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
- Cross-Functional Advisory & Third-Party Governance: Partner with internal business units as a trusted advisor on asset management and financial objectives, while overseeing third-party service providers to ensure governance and delivery standards.

Ideally you will have:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (CA or CPA preferred).




- 2+ years of experience in financial analysis and reporting - incorporating technical accounting knowledge and business commerciality. Strong proficiency in financial modelling, and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, financial software).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
