- Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries and provide shipment updates
- Support air freight operations, including shipment processing and documentation
- Maintain accurate shipment records in CargoWise One (CW1)
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet service and delivery requirements
- Assist with cargo pick-up, delivery, invoicing, and related administrative tasks
- Ensure regulatory compliance
- Escalate issues as required
- Collaborate to meet service standards

Requirements

- 2+ years’ experience in air freight customer service or operations
- Good understanding of air freight processes and regulations (advantageous)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with freight systems such as CargoWise One preferred
- Solid communication, organisational, and time-management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and team-oriented
- Willingness to learn and develop
- Must be entitled to work in Australia
- Must be prepared to undertake pre-employment checks, including a criminal history check and medical
