The Shire of Capel is seeking a Team Leader to provide on-the-ground leadership to our Mowing and Horticulture teams. You will plan, schedule and delegate tasks, supervise maintenance activities and support your crew with hands-on guidance.
You will work closely with the Supervisor and Coordinator Parks, operate small plant and contribute to a secure, inclusive work environment while participating in the on-call roster.
