An exciting chance exists for an experienced Website & Data Management Specialist to support the ongoing delivery, maintenance and enhancement of a high-profile public-facing transparency portal.

n

This role sits within a collaborative communications and engagement team and is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of data, technology and business operations. You'll play a key role in ensuring information is accurate, accessible and meaningful, while helping drive continuous improvements across website functionality, data quality and reporting processes.

n

This is a hands‑on role that combines website administration, data management, stakeholder engagement, testing, governance and process improvement.

About the Role:n

n
- Managing website administration activities and coordinating enhancements with external service providers
n
- Supporting website testing, deployment activities and issue resolution
n
- Maintaining complex Excel‑based datasets and ensuring data accuracy and integrity
n
- Managing data uploads, validation processes and quality assurance activities
n
- Supporting data visualisation, reporting and analytics initiatives
n
- Identifying opportunities to improve data processes and operational efficiency
n
- Liaising with technical and non‑technical stakeholders to deliver practical solutions
n
- Assisting with governance activities, documentation and user guidance materials
n
- Supporting ongoing platform improvements,



user experience enhancements and digital initiatives
n

About You:n n
- NV1 Security Clearance (minimum requirement)
n
- Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, data validation, data integration and pivot tables
n
- Experience supporting websites, digital platforms or content management systems such as GovCMS, WordPress or similar
n
- Strong data management, reporting and analytical capabilities
n
- Experience using Power BI, Tableau or similar visualisation tools
n
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
n
- The ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and deliver high‑quality outcomes
n
- Strong problem‑solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement
n
- MUST be an Australian CITIZEN.

Highly regarded:n n
- Jira or Azure DevOps experience
n
- Knowledge of XML and HTML
n
- Experience working in Agile environments
n
- Experience developing user guides, training materials or process documentation
n
- Exposure to information management, governance or public sector reporting environments
n
