Operating across multiple programs, funding streams and locations, the portfolio plays a critical role in improving access to care, strengthening serviceintegrationand responding to the evolving needs of our communities.

As Program Director-Mental Health and Alcohol and Other Drugs, you'lllead a large,complexand high-impact portfolio at a time of significant opportunity,innovationand sector reform. Your role, your impact:

- Lead strategic and operational directionacross a large, complex portfolio of Mental Health and AOD services, ensuring alignment with Each's vision and priorities
n
- Manage financial sustainability and performancewith transparent performance measures, reporting and outcomes thatdemonstrateimpact
n
- Lead and inspire leaders and multidisciplinary teams, fostering a culture of accountability, wellbeing,inclusionand continuous improvement
n
- Build and strengthen integrated service modelsthat improve outcomes for individuals,familiesand communities
n
- Drive service innovation and transformationbyidentifyingopportunities to enhance,
expand and evolve programs in response to community need and sector reform
n
- Develop strong relationships with government, funders and sector partnersto strengthen collaboration, influencereformand enhance service outcomes
n

About you
n
We're seeking a senior leader who can move confidently between strategy, people leadership and practical delivery. You'llknow how to set direction, buildaccountabilityand support leaders and teams to turn plans into meaningful action.
n
Working closely with the operations leadership team,you'llbring an organisational lens, contribute to broader service and growth priorities, anddemonstratethe judgement, influence and delivery focus needed to lead at scale.
n
You bring:
n
n
- Significant senior leadership experience within Mental Health, Alcohol and Other Drugs, communityhealthor related human services sectorsinlarge and complex environments.
n
- A track recordof developing high-performing leaders and multidisciplinary teams, fostering a culture of accountability,collaborationand continuous improvement
n
- Tertiary qualification/s in a relevant discipline (health, social services, management or equivalent)
n
- A strong understanding of the policy, funding and reform environment shaping Mental Health and AOD services
n
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and partnership-building skills, with experience working collaboratively with government departments, commissioning bodies, Primary Health Networks,fundersand sector partners
n
- Demonstrated success leading organisational growth, servicetransformationand change initiatives, with the ability to navigate complexity, influence diverse stakeholders and translate strategy into measurable outcomes
n
- Strong commercial and financial acumen,
with the ability toidentifyopportunities for innovation,sustainabilityand impact
n
