Job Description

As Venue Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of our restaurant, leading and inspiring our team while ensuring every customer has a fantastic experience. You'll oversee daily operations from the kitchen to the front-of-house, manage budgets and drive sales, handle ordering and inventory, maintain food safety and compliance standards, and jump in wherever needed to support the team and resolve guest concerns.

Key responsibilities

Lead and manage staff, ensuring everyone performs at their best

Ensure every customer has a fantastic experience from first bite to last sip

n

Oversee daily operations from the kitchen to the front-of-house, keeping things running smoothly

n

Manage budgets, optimize costs, and drive sales to keep the restaurant thriving

n

Handle ordering and inventory, ensuring fresh ingredients and drinks are always in stock

n

Maintain high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and adherence to regulations

n

Jump in wherever needed, whether helping with a busy shift or resolving a guest's concern

n

Keep daily reports accurate, conduct shift briefings, and stay in regular touch with the area manager

About you

n

Proven experience in a management role within the hospitality industry

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team

n

Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering memorable experiences

n

Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial reporting

n

Solid understanding of food safety standards and compliance

n

Outstanding communication skills, both in person and via email

n

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
