ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Enrolled Nurse to join us at St Vincent's Private Hospital in our operating suites.

This is a full time position based at our Werribee campus where you will become part of a leading surgical workplace that continues to grow.

ABOUT YOU

As an outstanding Perioperative Enrolled Nurse you are passionate about playing a vital role in providing exceptional surgical care.

- Registration with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse (Diploma of Nursing or equivalent qualification with full IV endorsement)
- At least 12 months working as an Enrolled Nurse in the Peri Operative environment
- Australian Citizenship/Residency or hold a valid visa with appropriate work rights
- Demonstrated ability to nurse a diverse range of patients and adapt to different work practices and environments




- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a high-performing multidisciplinary team
- Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills

ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE

This is a casual position within our Resource Unit and is your opportunity to work within a leading surgical environment that continues to grow - with significant expansion in Orthopaedic, Neurosurgery, and Cardiothoracic surgery, and the completion of our major redevelopment featuring new operating theatres, ICU, maternity services, and inpatient wards.

In this rewarding prospect you will have the flexibility to work a variety of shifts and if your scrub scout experience lies in any of the following specialties, we'd love to hear from you:

ABOUT YOU

As an outstanding Perioperative Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse you are passionate about playing a vital role in providing exceptional surgical care.

- Minimum 2 years' recent perioperative nursing experience (Registered or Enrolled Nurse)
- At least 12 months' specialty scrub/scout experience
- Current AHPRA registration
- Post Graduate Certificate (or working towards) in Perioperative Nursing (desirable for RNs)
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a high-performing multidisciplinary team
- Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
- Flexible, reliable, and committed to providing high-quality patient care
