CBRE Data Centre Solutions is seeking a Resource Manager to lead and develop the on-site workforce supporting hyperscale data centre operations in Sydney. You will manage rostering, performance, and training in collaboration with CBRE and client leadership.

The role requires a robust background in workforce operations, stakeholder management, and knowledge of Australian labour frameworks. On-site work with occasional travel to Huntingwood/Lane Cove sites is expected.
