About Your Workplace

Join Miele’s Logistics team and become an important part of the customer journey, ensuring our premium products arrive safely, on time and ready for use. As a Driver / Installer, you'll represent the Miele brand every time you’re on the road, delivering products to our business partners and providing professional, courteous service at every interaction. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys being active, working independently and meeting customers while taking pride in delivering a high-quality service.

Your Responsibilities

- Safely load, transport and deliver Miele products to business partners in line with planned routes and schedules
- Collect and return goods to Miele as required, ensuring products are handled with care
- Complete appliance installations and removal of existing appliances where required




- Provide professional and courteous customer service that reflects the Miele brand
- Complete all required transport and delivery documentation accurately and on time
- Maintain a strong focus on on-time delivery, minimising transport damage and incomplete deliveries
- Work collaboratively with Miele teams, business partners and logistics providers to ensure smooth delivery operations

What We Are Looking For

Must-have

- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent time management and ability to work to delivery schedules
- Good spatial awareness and confidence working independently
- Ability to undertake manual handling duties
- Professional, reliable and safety-focused approach to work

Nice-to-have

- Final-mile delivery experience
- Relevant truck, forklift, manual handling, dangerous goods or electrical licences
- Experience with appliance delivery or installation
- Basic computer skills and confidence learning systems such as SAP or similar
