We are seeking an experienced Integrated Logistics Support Specialist to join a defence program in Adeliade for an initial 3 month engagement.

Working alongside the ILS Lead and a broader team of experienced engineers, you will provide hands‑on support across a range of ILS activities, focused on maintainability, reliability and through‑life support of the product.

Key responsibilities

- Conduct component‑level FMEA to identify failure modes and corrective maintenance requirements.
- Undertake LORA to determine appropriate maintenance and repair levels.
- Complete MTA and develop maintenance procedures for identified tasks.
- Perform reliability prediction and analysis to inform spares and consumables recommendations.
- Support the ILS Lead and engineering team with relevant analysis and technical documentation.




- Collaborate with engineering and logistics stakeholders to support through‑life product sustainment.

About You

You will be an experienced ILS professional with a solid understanding of defence acquisition and sustainment environments.

You will ideally bring:

- 5+ years' experience in a similar role.
- Previous defence industry experience.
- Current NV1 security clearance.
- Demonstrated experience conducting FMEA, LORA and MTA
- Experience working with IT, electronics or complex technical products is highly desirable, but not essential.
