ShiftCare is seeking an AI-native Product Owner to join our Product team. You will own end-to-end product problems, design agent workflows, and write prompts and skills powering an AI operating system.
You’ll work on prioritizing the backlog with revenue in mind, collaborate with design to enforce high-quality interfaces, and explain complex changes to customers in plain English for adoption. This role demands autonomy and a solid point of view on AI in product craft.
