We are seeking a passionate Diploma-qualified 2IC / Assistant Director to support the Centre Director with daily operations, educator support, compliance, and quality practice.

About the Role

n

You will work closely with the Centre Director to:

n

n
- Support daily centre operations and staffing
n
- Mentor and guide educators
n
- Assist with compliance and regulatory requirements
n
- Support programming, documentation, and quality practice
n




- Contribute to the QIP and continuous improvement
n
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and educators
n
- Step into the Centre Director's responsibilities when required
n

n

You will have:

n

n
- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or higher
n
- Previous leadership experience, or be ready to step into leadership
n
- Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQS, NQF, and compliance
n
- Strong communication and organisational skills
n
- A positive, proactive, and team-focused approach
n
- A genuine passion for supporting children and developing educators
n
