Job Description

Angle Finance is seeking a Collections Specialist to manage an assigned portfolio of overdue accounts, reduce arrears, maximise recoveries and support fair customer outcomes.

You'll engage with customers to understand their circumstances, negotiate suitable payment arrangements, monitor follow-up activity and identify when matters need escalation for hardship, dispute, asset risk, mercantile or legal recovery action.
