Job Description

Desert Ship is seeking a Group Bar Manager & Mixologist to lead bar operations across Shaffa and Caness and to develop the beverage program for a third venue opening soon. You will train teams, manage costing and stock, and craft innovative cocktail menus that reflect each venue's identity.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in bar leadership, RSA certification, and robust leadership and hospitality skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences in a high-volume setting.
