Job Description
The City of Mandurah is seeking two experienced IT Service Desk Officers for a fixed term of 6 months to support our ICT team. The roles will focus on incident triage, user support, and BAU and project work across the organisation.

You will join an established team handling devices, workstations, network infrastructure and IT service management processes, with a 9-day fortnight pattern and a salary range of AUD 84,445 to 90,798 plus superannuation.
