Centre Director Role

You spend a lot of your life at work, it should be a place you enjoy. A place to build lasting friendships, laugh, and feel the joy of making a difference every day. We’re passionate about the why in the what we do. At Nido, we succeed when you do, and you succeed through your educators. That’s why the educators conduct the final interview and choose who will lead them. You interview each other. Unconventional? Not really, just respectful. We start from trust. You are a competent and capable professional Centre Director, so you know what the role entails, so we won’t list it all here. Nido is about heart and continuous improvement. We’re not perfect, and we don’t expect you to be either. We’ll learn, grow, and support each other to be better tomorrow than today. Your career can stretch or stay focused; step into an Area Manager, HR, Compliance or Quality role when it’s right, or remain a Centre Director if that’s where your heart is. We embrace both.

Please note: Any candidate employed from 1 April must provide a certificate confirming completion of the Federally mandated 'National Child Safety Training' via Geccko, or must be willing to obtain prior to employment.
