We're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our venue operations and support this exciting growth.

About the Role

A hands‐on leadership role overseeing multiple venues, driving performance, service standards, team development and operational excellence.

About You
n
Previous experience as an Operations Manager,
Area Manager, Multi‐Site Manager or senior hospitality manager is essential.
n
You'll bring strong leadership, communication and organisational skills, with proven experience managing teams and driving venue performance.
n
Franchise or multi‐site experience highly regarded.
