We're looking for friendly and reliable Retail Team Members to join our Southern Cross team.

n

No previous barista experience is required — full training can be provided.

n

What You'll Do

n

Provide friendly and welcoming customer service

n

Serve and package donuts and other products

n

Operate the POS and process customer transactions

n

Restock products and maintain store presentation

n

Clean and prepare the store for the next trading day

n

Work closely with the team during busy periods

n

What We're Looking For

n

Friendly, reliable, and positive

n

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

n

Positive communication and teamwork skills

n

Comfortable using a POS system or willing to learn

n

No barista experience required — training will be provided

n

Availability – Essential Requirement

n

This role is primarily focused on closing shifts, so late-night availability is essential.

n

Monday, Tuesday, Friday,



Saturday and Sunday,

n

4:30 PM start

n

Closing shifts finish at approximately 12:00 AM or 12:30 AM

n

Minimum availability required: Friday, Saturday & Sunday closing shifts

n

Additional weekday closing availability is highly regarded

n

We're looking to build a reliable closing team, with casual and potential part-time opportunities of around 25 hours per week available for the right candidates.
