Endeavour Foundation is seeking a Marketing Manager on a 12‑month parental leave contract in Brisbane to lead loyalty and subscription marketing across lottery and membership products. You will manage a small two-person team and partner with Marketing and Lotteries to drive growth aligned to our mission.
You’ll own the loyalty strategy, focusing on growing Memberships, boosting retention and maximizing lifetime value, combining strategy with hands-on delivery and coaching.
