- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
- Australian Driver Licence
- Australian Passport or Visa Documentation (VEVO work rights evidence)
- Relevant Qualifications in Disability, Community Services, Individual Support, Nursing, or related fields, including academic transcripts

Empower NDIS participants to achieve their goals, build independence,



and live fulfilling lives.

Key Requirements:

- Experience in disability or community services

Provide 24/7 support to participants in supported independent living arrangements. Help participants develop daily living skills and achieve their independence goals.

- Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Current National Police Check
- Current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011 – Provide First Aid)
- COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate (if applicable)
- Motor Vehicle Insurance Certificate and Current Vehicle Registration

- Provide personal care and daily living support.
- Assist with medication management.
