Ensuring that the bar is well organised on a day to day basis, from cleanliness to appropriate staffing, preparation, ordering of necessary equipment for both bar and restaurant.

Assist the Venue Manager in the development of Cocktail, Wine & Drinks lists for approval by General Manager.

n

Assist in the development and maintenance of the bar

n





Introduce and implement new and innovative ideas to generate revenue.

n

Food and beverage service of the highest standard Training new staff in bar procedures

n

Maintaining the cleanliness and operating standards of all beer lines throughout all venues via monthly cleaning of lines, taps & cool rooms

n

Liaise with Security when onsite regarding all security issues.

n

Opening and closing the venue.

n

Assist with drink packages and events for the venue.

n

Captain Baxter is an established venue that is looking for a pivot into a more dining focused venue via a new fit out, menu and rebrand.
