You will learn to service,maintainand support a wide range of industry-leading earthmoving equipment used across construction infrastructure and civil projects.

Responsibilities:
- Assist qualified technicians with the inspection, maintenance, repair and overhaul of heavy equipment and machinery.
- Learn to diagnose mechanical, pneumatic, and basic electrical faults while developing solid technical skills.
- Safely operate workshop tools, equipment and lifting devices while maintaining a clean and organised work environment.
- Successfully complete your apprenticeship training, attend required trade school and maintain training records.
- Work across different service areas and participate in on-the-job training to build broad industry experience.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement in everything you do.
Skills & Experience:
- Enrolled in, or committed to completing, a Certificate III in Mobile Plant Technology.
- A genuine interest in mechanical equipment, heavy machinery, and developing a long-term trade career.
- Strong literacy, numeracy, and basic computer skills, with the ability to complete training and workplace documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to safely use hand tools and follow workplace safety procedures.
- Willingness to learn new technical skills through structured training, on-the-job experience, and trade school attendance.
- Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented, with a positive attitude and commitment to personal and professional development.
