Job Description

Chosen Family is seeking a compassionate Male Disability Support Worker to assist a 50-year-old male participant in Erskineville, NSW. You will help him engage with the community, attend events, and build social connections in a person-centred, trauma-informed manner.

Ideal candidates are experienced with psychosocial disabilities, patient, respectful, and comfortable providing transport and driving to activities. WWCC, NDIS check, First Aid, and a valid Australian driver's licence are required.
