AbouttheRole

TheprimarypurposeofthisroleistodeliverunderwritingprofitandgrowthinourCyberandTechnologyPracticebusiness.

n

Inthisrole,youwill:

n

n
- AchievementoffinancialtargetsforallocatedBrokerpanel
n
- DeliversetDistributionactivities(Brokervisits,keyaccountmanagement,pipeline&prospecting,crossselling,newbusinessgeneration)
n
- AppropriateuseofdelegatedUnderwritingauthority,includingbutnotlimitedto:
n
- a)Undertakingappropriateriskassessments
n
- b)Appropriatedeploymentofcapacityonnew&renewalbusiness,includingendorsementofexistingcoverage
n
- c)AdherencetoProductguidelines&initiatives,includinggrowthordiversificationstrategiesorremedialactionifrequired
n
- DevelopmentandexecutionofpersonalDistributionplanforassignedBrokerpanel
n
- ClosecollaborationwithCyber&TechnologyPracticeLeaderandProductLineManagers
n
- Participateinjointtravel/presentations
n
