About You
n
You are an experienced early childhood leader who combines strong operational capability with a genuine passion for creating exceptional outcomes for children, families and your team.
n
You bring:
n
n
- Proven experience leading an early learning service and delivering high-quality outcomes
n
- A Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
n
- Completion of the National Child Safety Training via Geccko, with a current Certificate of Completion
n
- Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standard (NQS) and quality improvement practices
n
- A deep commitment to child safety, cultural safety and creating inclusive environments where every child belongs
n
- Kind, courageous leadership that builds trust, develops capability and inspires teams to thrive
n
- Strong communication, organisation and relationship-building skills
n
- Experience managing performance, compliance, operations and continuous improvement initiatives
n
- You are comfortable balancing heart and accountability, supporting your people while driving strong performance, maintaining quality standards and creating a centre culture where children, families and educators flourish.

Why Paddington?

Harmony Early Education is joining the Paddington community in 2026. The centre caters for up to 106 children aged birth to 5 years. Located at 11 Guthrie Street, Paddington QLD, with operational hours of 6.30am to 6.30pm.
