Job Description: St Vincent's Care has an exciting recent opportunity for a Scheduling Manager to join us.

In this role, you will lead a team of Roster Coordinators to deliver efficient, compliant, and optimised workforce rosters across our Care Services division. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, Care Services, you will leverage your expertise in UKG Pro Workforce Management, Workday, and industrial awards to drive operational excellence and best-practice rostering.

- Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and development to the rostering team.
- Oversee roster design and optimisation to align with operational demand, quality standards, and industrial compliance.
- Act as a subject matter expert for UKG Pro WFM, Workday, and Shiftmatch systems.
- Partner with operational leaders and People & Culture teams to resolve complex workforce and industrial relations matters.

Things that work for us:

- Proven experience leading rostering/workforce management teams within aged care, healthcare, or similar complex, large-scale environments.
- Advanced hands-on experience using UKG Pro WFM and Workday.
- Deep understanding of Enterprise Agreements, Award interpretation, and roster compliance.
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Management, or a related field.
