As a Workplace Coach, you'll support people with disability in maintaining meaningful employment by providing tailored, on-the-job coaching that responds to both individual and employer needs. Your role is dynamic and people-focused—building confidence, resolving workplace challenges, and fostering sustainable employment through strong relationships and practical support.

About You:

n

- the ability to connect with people at all levels to achieve their goals

- a solution focused approach to supporting people with disability to thrive in their community
n
- experience working within a dynamic and fast-paced environment
n
- a passion to work towards and achieve results
n
- the ability to work autonomously alongside a high-performing team
n
- Qualifications in Certificate III in Employment Services, Community Services, Disability Services or similar, or a willingness to complete a formal qualification, fully supported by Status, as part of your employment journey with us
