Qualifications
- AHPRA registration
- Membership with professional body
- Working with Children Check
- Victorian Police Check
- Experience in your field (preferred but not essential)
Working Hours
- Full time OR Part time options available.
- We are open from 8AM to 8PM Monday to Friday & 8AM to 6PM on Saturday
- You are able to select the working hours that suit you best
- Maternity role with option to continue permanently
- Flexible working hours and arrangements available

What you will do:
- Provide therapeutic sessions to referred clients using evidence‑based interventions
- Develop tailored treatment plans for referred clients using prior knowledge and research skills
- Conduct functional behaviour assessments (FBAs) across home, school, and community environments
- Undertake formulations for motivators of behaviours of concern
- Liaise with external stakeholders
- Develop and implement Comprehensive Positive Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs)
in line with NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission guidelines
- Work collaboratively with clients, families, support coordinators, and multidisciplinary teams
- Collect and analyse behavioural data
- Provide staff training and develop training resources
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and evidence‑based practice
