About the role

n

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Comuna Cantina City. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our vibrant restaurants, ensuring exceptional customer service and a seamless dining experience for our guests. This is a full-time role based in our Brisbane City location.

What you'll be doing

n

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and front-of-house team

n

Manage staffing, rosters, service standards and customer experience

n

Supervise reservations, table allocations and service flow

n

Train, mentor and support floor staff to maintain high service standards

n

Monitor stock levels, ordering and cost control in coordination with management

n

Assist with budgeting, reporting and operational planning

n

Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety, food safety and liquor licensing requirements

n

Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues professionally

n

What we're looking for

n

At least 2 years of relevant experience in a restaurant management or senior hospitality management role

n

Strong leadership and team management skills

n

Excellent customer service and communication skills

n

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards

n

Sound knowledge of restaurant operations,



staff supervision and cost control

n

Relevant hospitality qualifications will be regarded favourably
