This role requires flexibility to work across rotating shifts, including Day, Afternoon and Night shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow quality, GMP and production procedures
- Adhere to site safety (OHS) and hygiene standards
- Maintain high standards of cleaning, hygiene and product quality
- Conduct product sampling and basic quality checks
- Work to daily production plans and meet site performance targets
- Identify and report equipment issues and assist with basic troubleshooting
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the site
About You
- Sound understanding of safety, food handling and hygiene practices
- Good literacy, numeracy and basic computer skills
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and problem‑solve on the go
- Clear communicator who works well as part of a team
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production or dairy (desirable, not essential)
