About the Role:

Working within EDQ’s Housing Supply and Delivery team, you will provide high-level executive administration and operational support to the Executive Director and senior leadership, helping ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of a busy and energetic function.

- Provide high-level, confidential executive support, including complex diary and inbox management, travel coordination and workload prioritisation.

- Manage executive communications and correspondence, including drafting, proofreading and quality assuring briefings, presentations and other written materials.

- Coordinate senior meetings, events and stakeholder engagements, managing scheduling, agendas, logistics and supporting documentation.

- Build strong relationships and act as a key liaison point for internal and external stakeholders across all levels of seniority.

- Manage records and information effectively, ensuring correspondence and documentation is accurately registered, tracked and maintained.

- Support finance, procurement and workforce administration,



including credit card reconciliations, purchase orders, invoices and other approvals.

About You:

You’re a highly organised, proactive and experienced Executive Assistant who can confidently manage competing executive priorities, exercise sound judgement and build effective relationships in a fast-moving environment.

Success in this role requires:

- Demonstrated experience managing executive priorities, competing demands and confidential information while delivering timely, high-quality support.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

- Exceptional organisation and attention to detail across correspondence, records, meetings and executive documentation.

- A proactive and adaptable approach, with the confidence to take initiative, exercise judgement and change gears as priorities evolve.

- An understanding of governance requirements and the importance of following relevant policies and procedures across finance, procurement, records and HR.

- A collaborative approach, with experience working alongside other EAs, executives and business support staff to achieve shared outcomes.

- Strong technology capability across Microsoft Office mandatory, with TRIM experience advantageous but not essential.
