We are looking for an enthusiastic Investor Relations Manager to manage and cultivate our relationships with investors. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute significantly to our growth by undertaking capital raising activities, engaging with potential and existing investors, and supporting us during funding rounds.

Key Responsibilities:

- Capital Raising:Develop and execute effective strategies to secure funding that aligns with our business goals.
- Investor Outreach:Identify, contact, and engage with potential investors. Communicate our vision, growth strategy, and financial performance to prospective stakeholders.
- Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with investors. Ensure they are informed, engaged, and satisfied with our company’s performance and direction.
- Funding Support:Collaborate with internal teams during funding rounds to prepare compelling presentations, pitches,



and reports that effectively convey our value proposition to investors.
- Investor Communication:Draft and distribute regular updates, financial reports, and presentations to investors and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and clarity.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in investor relations, finance, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of financial modeling, market analysis, and capital markets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build lasting relationships and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
