Noẽma, Lucas Collective's new Mediterranean dining concept in Melbourne's CBD, is opening this November. We are seeking an Assistant Head Sommelier to lead exceptional wine service, cellar management and guest experiences from day one.

Work closely with our Group Wine Director and Group Head Sommelier to grow wine knowledge and shape Noẽma's wine program across the venue, private dining spaces and events. This is a rare prospect to join from the ground up and influence culture, service
