About the Role

n

We're looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in Melbourne's North, working out of our Northcote clinic and in the community.

n

- Community and clinic caseload, working out of our Northcote base
n
- Flexible hybrid role, structured supervision built in from day one
n
- Open to Early Career and Senior OTs, support and pay scaled to your level
n

n

You'll deliver strengths-based, evidence-informed therapy to NDIS participants across home, school, clinic and community settings. Open to both full-time and part time.

n

What You'll Be Doing

- Deliver functional, person-centred OT services
n
- Complete assessments, intervention planning and ongoing therapy
n
- Support participants toward meaningful goals and greater independence
n
- Work with families, carers, educators and the broader multidisciplinary team
n
- Manage a varied caseload across community and clinic
n
- Take part in regular supervision, peer collaboration and professional development
n

What You'll Bring

- Bachelor or Master of Occupational Therapy
n
- Current AHPRA registration (or eligibility)
n
- NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
n
- Driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle for community work
n
- Strong communication and organisational skills
n
- A collaborative and person-centred approach to therapy
