Senior DocuSign CLM Developer

Location: Melbourne
n Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 50% office
n Contract: 6 months Contract - likely to extend

About the Role

n

We are looking for a Senior DocuSign CLM Developer with strong hands‐on experience in DocuSign CLM and Salesforce integrations. The ideal candidate will have experience developing CLM solutions, automating contract workflows and integrating DocuSign with Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Develop and configure DocuSign CLM solutions, including contract generation, automated workflows, attributes and Smart Rules.
n
- Integrate DocuSign with Salesforce using REST APIs and/or the DocuSign Managed Package.
n
- Develop and modify Salesforce Apex classes, Triggers and Flows where required.
n
- Manage the DocuSign envelope lifecycle and troubleshoot API/integration issues.
n
- Create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria using Jira and Confluence.
n
- Work collaboratively within Agile delivery teams.
n

Key Skills & Experience

n

- Strong hands‐on experience with DocuSign CLM.
n
- Experience with DocuSign and Salesforce integrations.
n
- Robust Salesforce development skills, including Apex, Triggers and Flows.
n
- Good understanding of OAuth 2.0 authentication, REST APIs and API error handling.
n
- Experience with contract generation, workflows, attributes and Smart Rules.
n
- Experience working with Jira and Confluence.
n
- Previous experience working in Agile environments.
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
