About the Role

We are looking for friendly, energetic and customer-focused people to join the Powerhouse Retail team. In this role, you will create a welcoming and engaging shopping experience, helping customers with product enquiries and purchases while bringing the Powerhouse brand to life. You will process sales, refunds and exchanges, maintain a clean and well-presented store, replenish stock and support day-to-day retail operations. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you will work closely with the team to deliver great customer experiences across Powerhouse retail stores and pop-ups.

About You

You are someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people and providing great customer service. You bring warmth, enthusiasm and a positive, can-do attitude to every interaction and thrive in a busy setting. You are reliable, organised and enjoy working as part of a team, while being confident taking initiative when needed. You are comfortable learning POS systems and retail procedures, handling transactions and supporting stock movement and replenishment. Experience in retail, hospitality, visitor experience or customer service is essential, while experience with POS, merchandising or inventory is desirable. An interest in design, culture, museums, creative industries or retail products is a bonus.
