Job Description

AFCA seeks an Ombudsman to join the Investments and Advice decision-making team. You will resolve standard and complex disputes, and may lead panels, influencing practices across financial planners, stockbrokers and crypto providers.

You will coach staff, speak at conferences, and engage with regulators, consumer groups and AFCA members to advance fair outcomes in a dynamic, not-for-profit setting.
