Please read on for more information on an excellent practice in the Brighton area seeking an experienced Practice Manager The role is at a very well organised practice on the outskirts of Brighton, in a stable and high performing work place. The surgery boasts high QOF scores, Positive CQC report and strong patient satisfaction. There is a strong and stable team of Partners and Salaried GPs in place, a well staffed team of allied healthcare professionals and around 4 admin staff meaning the chosen candidate will be walking into a well functioning practice. The practice manager would be supported by a business manager and reception manager.

Key Duties

- Practice Manager Role
- Full time circa 40 hours a week
- Patient list size of circa 13,000
- Existing team of Partners and Salaried GPs in place
- Strong clinical support from Advanced Practitioners,



Nurses, HCAs, Pharmacists and more
- Business Manager and Reception Manager in place
- Well staffed admin team
- SystmOne practice
- Big and spacious practice building
- On site parking

Package and Benefits

- £55,000 to £60,000 per annum DOE
- 30 days annual leave + bank holidays
- NHS pension enrolment

Key Skills and Qualifications

- Must have previous practice management experience in a GP surgery, Possess the right to work in the UK
